Barre chords
Barre chords or full shape chords is a pattern of a chords form in guitar and otherstring instruments. To hold the barre chords place your index finger flat across the neck and press all strings. In open Chords there are open string in shape but in barre chords there is no open string all strings will be hold with proper finger shape of each chords and the index finger are place across the neck. Basic chords are 3 types major, minor and dominant seventh. I already explained these Chords on nut position, now these each chords have 3 types of full shape or pattern that means major form have 3 shape

When you hold F major chord in major form 1 simply you shift the total finger shape one fret up then you will get F# major chord in same shape thats why it is called movable form or shape.

Position number
1st fret means 1st position 3rd fret means 3rd position you have to identify the position by the placement of the first finger, if your 1st finger placed on 1st fret that means you are playing in 1st position, if your 1st fingers placed on 5th fret that means you are playing on 5th position.Practice these Chords shape daily until you have total control on it and until you can change it on time on rhythm, mix these Chords with nut position chords and practice for better results.
