There are three types of  seventh chords shape in guitar, all shapes are movable shape like major and minor forms. These seventh chords also called dominant seventh.

Note - In seventh form number - 1 shape the first string should be played damp, that means first string sound should not be play with clear the first string sound should be muted.

Seventh form number - 2

Note - This form like major form number - 1 shape, hold major form number - 1 shape in barre shape and just put of your 4th finger you will get seventh form 2 shape.

Seventh form number 3

Note -  This form like major form number - 3 shape, hold major form number - 3 shape and just put  your 4th finger on the 1st string 4th fret and  you will get seventh form 3 shape.
